We-be Jukebox is a free, ad-supported music player from Kat 'n Marlin Enterprises LLC, doing business as We-Be Friends. A one-time Jukebox Premium upgrade is planned to remove ads.

We-be Jukebox is being built as a free listening app supported by advertising. A one-time $9.99 Jukebox Premium upgrade is planned to remove ads. The public app page is live now, while the full player, ads, premium upgrade, We-Be Radio, and purchased-song library features are still being connected.

When these features are active, we will use only the information needed to provide playback, account access, support, security, ads, and basic service measurement.

Account and Library Information

Some Jukebox features may work without a We-Be account. Features tied to purchased songs, saved libraries, or personalized access may require signing in with a We-Be account.

If you sign in, We-Be may use your account identifier, purchase records, Jukebox Premium status, saved preferences, and playback eligibility to show the music and features available to you.

Listening and Usage Data

We may collect basic usage information such as player opens, playback events, skipped items, errors, device type, browser type, app version, approximate timestamps, and diagnostic logs. This helps us operate the app, fix issues, and understand whether the listening experience is working.

Advertising

Because We-be Jukebox is planned as a free app with ads, we may use advertising partners to deliver, measure, limit, or report ads. Ad partners may receive information such as device or browser details, approximate location inferred from IP address, ad impressions, clicks, and fraud-prevention signals.

We do not sell your We-Be music purchases or private account content to advertisers.

Jukebox Premium Purchases

If you buy the one-time $9.99 Jukebox Premium upgrade, payment processors, app stores, or We-Be payment systems may process purchase, receipt, account, tax, fraud-prevention, and payment-status information. We do not receive your full payment card details.

We may store your Jukebox Premium status so the app can remove ads from your listening experience when you are signed in or otherwise recognized by the service.

Music Rights and Playback Sources

Playback may involve We-Be Radio sources, artist content, purchased songs, or other licensed music sources added over time. Some playback providers or rights partners may require technical logs or entitlement checks to make sure music is delivered properly.

Support Emails

If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, device details, screenshots, or diagnostic context. We use support messages to reply, troubleshoot, and keep basic business records.

Data Sharing
